Vision Exams

Our office provides a variety of services to meet your needs.

Comprehensive Vision Examinations for infants, children and adults. The examination is one hour in length with the doctor. From this examination, not only is visual health and the need for glasses assessed, but also important binocular and focusing skills, as well as eye tracking. We see patients of any age including those with special needs. We are handicap accessible.

Developmental Visual-Motor Evaluations are also offered if a parent or patient is concerned about their child’s or their own visual performance and want a more in-depth evaluation. This evaluation is two hours in length and not only looks at the skills assessed in the one hour examination, but also visual-motor integration skills, as well as balance, laterality and directionality, along with auditory-integration skills.

After examination, an individualized program will be developed which may include glasses, contact lenses, vision therapy (eye exercises), or a combination of these. Please note that our office does not dispense eye glasses.
