When it comes to success on the playing field, athletic performance hinges on an athletes visual skills. Sports Vision Therapy is a program of vision drills that enhance fundamental visual skills that are critical to athletic performance.
SPORTS VISION CAMP WILL ENHANCE:
Dynamic Visual Acuity: The ability to keep moving objects clear
Eye Tracking: The ability to keep your eye on the ball
Eye Focusing: The ability to change focus from one object to another quickly and clearly
Peripheral Awareness: The ability to see the whole field/court while looking at the ball
Depth Perception: The ability to accurately judge distance and speed of the ball and other players
Eye-Hand or Eye-Body Coordination: To improve the connection from the eye to the hands and body
Camp will run for 4 weeks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
7/10 & 7/11 2:00-3:00pm
